It is designed with a 110V AC motor which provides exceptional torque and its continuous operation makes it ideal for most applications. 13 ft nylon gear rack track is included in the kit and if your gates are more than 13 ft in length then you can opt for an extra rack.- Opens gates weighing up to 600 lb
