IF YOU DECIDE TO DO THE INSTALLATION BY YOURSELF,

1- All of the purchased products must be installed by a professional installer, and you should perform your diligence to find a professional installer, to install the items that you purchased.
2- Please check all of the instructions that are included in the products, before beginning the installation and use.
3- All purchased items are new and tested by the factory.
4- No warranty does not come with the products, and Royal Electronics Technology Center Co disclaims all of the liability for any damages to your purchased items, during and after the installations.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT HAS BEEN INSTALLED BY OUR TECHNICIANS,

1- The installed item will have a one-year warranty (If the item warranty is applicable). The warrantied item(s) have a full warranty for technical services costs, traveling costs, and needed replacement parts for the damaged parts.
2- After completing the project, the amount of the contract must be paid, on the due date. Until the full amount of the invoice remains unpaid by the customer, all installed parts, devices, and items are to be considered lent, as well as no warranty and/or free services are provided. In this period, if parts, devices, or items are stolen,
damaged, lost, and/or scratched, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the cost of all damages.
3- The unusual electricity voltage, physical damages, storm, flood, earthquake, lightning strike, torn warranty label, repair, or manipulation of the installed system by other unresponsible people will cause the warranty to be canceled.
4- The installed driveway gate, pedestrian gate, fences, posts, battery, door/card tag, USB, keys, and remote controls do not have a warranty.
5- After the final installation and during the warranty period, requests made to make programming changes, and add accessories are to be paid by the customer, these include the traveling costs and technical service charges.
