How can we resolve the no-closing issue on the driveway gate?
The issues on the safety sensor and not closing are directly detected by 98% of the accused times, 1% of the main control board, and 1% opening limit switch. Check the sensor’s faces and try to clean them.
To find a compatible gate’s safety sensor, contact a technician or the supplier you purchased it from.
If your installed safety sensor needs replacement during the warranty period, it is advisable to contact your gate company and submit a service request to avoid voiding the guarantee.

If no clicking, and the safety sensor is the wireless type and has a battery inside?
Check the sensor’s batteries and after resolved, make sure the sensor cover is siled by silicon glue, to avoid water and spiders into it.
If you would like to resolve the issue yourself and the installed sensor is wired type, take both sides covers off and clean the cover, lens, behind the board, and input power.
Use a voltmeter to check the required electric power based on the information that you can find side of the wire connectors.
To emergency how to deactivate the safety sensor: Make and install a bridge wire to connect the NC and COM connectors that are only on one side.

The instruction manual settings and voltage vary between different brands and models of gate operator systems and types of safety sensors, rendering them incompatible.
The safety sensors that come with the Italian/Chinese-made gate operator systems are not compatible with the common garage doors, and you can not use this kind of sensor directly in garage door opener systems.
