IF YOU DECIDE TO DO THE INSTALLATION BY YOURSELF,
1- A professional installer must install all of the purchased products, and you should perform your diligence to find a professional installer.
2- Please check all of the instructions that are included in the products, before beginning the installation and use.
3- All purchased items are new and tested by the factory. (We can test parts in the store, before pick-up your order)
4- No warranty does not come with the products, and Royal Electronics Technology Center Co disclaims all liability for any damages to your purchased items, during and after the installations.
5- You can contact us to connect with our tech team by making an appointment, to get more information about the installation questions, in case you may need it.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT HAS BEEN INSTALLED BY OUR TECHNICIANS,
1- The installed item will have a one-year warranty (If the item warranty is applicable).
The warrantied items have:
-Technical services fees: free of charge
-Replacement parts fees: free of charge
-Reprogramming / Update fees: free of charge
-Traveling and shipping fees: free of charge
2- The contract amount must be paid on the due date after completing the project. Until the customer pays the full amount of the invoice, all installed parts, devices, and items are to be considered lent, as well as no warranty and/or free services are provided. In this period, if parts, devices, or items are stolen, damaged, lost, or scratched, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the cost of all damages.
3- The unusual electricity voltage, and physical damages (unusual push/pull/accident by vehicles, etc), storms, floods, earthquakes, lightning strikes, torn warranty labels for repair/add accessories/reprogramming/changes connections by others, or manipulation of the installed system will cause the warranty to be canceled.
4- The installed driveway gate, pedestrian gate, fences, posts, paints, battery, door/card tag, USB, keys, and remote controls do not have a warranty.
5- After the final installation and during the warranty period, requests made to make programming changes, and add accessories are to be paid by the client, these include the traveling costs and technical service charges.
6- The warranty number is viewable on the invoice and warranty label and our clients can send the service request from the client portal and our tech team will contact them in a maximum of one business day.
7- Royal Gates has all the needed information about the installed products on your project, from the beginning. The last programming, added accessories, electrical connections, and detailed passed technical services are accessible and filed in the property’s address history which is in our client hub.
8- Any try to fix or add accessories by others will help void the warranty, and All repairs, adjustments, and access to the main board for any reason, connections, and programming control system, are to be done by Royal Gate’s technicians. Royal Gate company’s technicians will upgrade the voided warranty label with a new one after the services are done and approved by the client.
9- The automatic gate operator system is a package of many mechanical and electrical parts that have to be worked together, and if one of them has an error, the whole system not working properly. After a few years, the gate may need adjustment and lubricant check. Royal Gates recommends that clients request a quotation for an annual maintenance service, from the client hub.
10- Royal Gates does not offer any free services for an expired warranty. All technical services that are done after the warranty period, do not extend the warranty and do not come with a warranty, the replacement part/s costs (If required), shipping, traveling, and service charges have to be paid for each required service separately.
